Step 1: The Consultation – Define Your Defender
It all begins with a conversation. We take time to understand how you’ll use the vehicle, what you love about the Defender, and the aesthetic you’re after. Whether you want a classic V8 roar, a stealthy urban cruiser, or an expedition-ready overlander — we design around your lifestyle.
You choose:
- Model base – 90, 110, or 130 chassis
- Engine type – classic V8, TDI, TD5, or LS swap
- Interior materials – leather, canvas, Alcantara, or classic utilitarian
- Paint and finish – period-correct hues or bold custom colours
- Accessories – winches, roof racks, snorkels, LED lighting, wheels and tyres
Step 2: The Strip-Down – Start From Scratch
Once the donor vehicle is selected, it’s stripped to bare bones. Every bolt, panel, and system is inspected. We don't do half-measures — if it’s tired, it’s replaced. From chassis sandblasting to driveline rebuilds, we ensure this isn’t just a facelift — it’s a full mechanical resurrection.
Step 3: Chassis & Drivetrain Rebuild – Built to Last
We rebuild or replace the chassis with galvanised units where required, and renew the suspension, axles, brakes, and steering. Whether coil-sprung or leaf, lifted or stock — your Defender’s bones are strengthened for modern performance without losing its soul.
Step 4: Bodywork & Paint – Precision Meets Character
Each panel is aligned, skimmed, and prepped before entering the paint booth. Our team finishes each Defender by hand, using period-correct methods blended with modern durability. We match any colour — or create something unique — from military olive drab to Santorini Black.
